I had 2 tech screens and then 3 onsite rounds. Seems like internal gambling to me. Recruiter said : Everyone enjoyed meeting with you and learning about your skills and experiences. But still rejected me. I have nailed all the screening rounds and onsite rounds. All interviewers are impressed by me.
