The process took less than two weeks. It was a strange and unnecessary 3/4 interview process. Rounds one and two were conducted online, and the same interviewer asked similar questions. They should have done round two in the showroom with the person working aboard included online. The third-round Interview was bizarre; they mentioned that they hadn't caught up with the previous interviewer. The questions were basic, and I felt the interviewer was fishing for clients after asking me several times who my top clients were from my last jobs and who would be the main point of contact. The interviewer kept reiterating this and wrote it down in their book. Instead of asking crucial questions like, what were your sales at your previous job target? Did you meet your sales target? After leaving the third round Interview, I felt unsure about the job and if I even wanted to take the interview process further if I had passed the third round.
