Very tedious process. Typical interview questions. Follow-up questions to gain clarity. Panel interview. Be prepared. No offer but was not upset due to the mixed reviews I've read and people who I have spoken to. I do not think this job is for everyone.

Completed application on federal employment website, the application was completed on USA jobs. Took several months after application before interview. Interview consisted on a variety of questions about customer service and application capabilities.

The interview process was average they asked general questions and behavioral questions. My interview was over the phone it was a panel of five people interviewing me asking different questions.

Very Good interview with a well informed interviewer. Learned the job duties in a concise manner. I appreciate the knowledge of the interviewer and their understanding of the agency and position.
