It was a 45-60 min phone interview with 3 people (pandemic). They asked me some standard questions and hypothetical questions relating to the job. And there was one question where I had to pick a topic and talk about it for 5 min. That threw me off but I was able to do it and got a good response. I heard back 2-3 weeks later with an offer.

STAR method is used. Pretty straight forward; name a situation, your take and actions and the result of your action. Can be as descriptive or vague as you would like as long as you answer every part of the STAR method.

Via zoom. Started with behavioral questions, moved to answering some simple questions (some involving basic math), then a description of the job was provided. Wasn’t too long of an interview and they made me feel comfortable throughout the process. No offer yet
