Took a long time. Online review of resume etc, exam, then a panel interview. They you wait, again to hear if you get the job. Only thing HR says is "no news is good news, you get an email if you were not a qualified applicant" You sign a form saying that you will not share the questions with anyone so I can only tell you what you would normally do at other interviews that you do there. Be prepared to talk about what jobs you've had, explain what you did etc.
