I had an interview scheduled that interviewer never showed up for. An hour past interview time, received an email stating a “ meeting ran over” but they were now on a hiring freeze and will follow up later. Three months later, heard about same job through a networking group and connected with the outside recruiter. Interview scheduled. No formal invite so I confirmed night before. No answer. Day of scheduled interview received message that recruiting was going in a “different direction” and I needed to apply via job site. I’m I qualified? Definitely. In today’’s climate (pandemic, racial tensions ),, the lack of professionalism and courtesy is unacceptable. won’t expand more than that but clearly removing this company from my list.
