The entire process was quick as smooth. It consisted of 4 stages of interviews with multiple members of the team, one of which technical (no code review or leetcode test, just a conversation about decisions in multiple situations for a day-to-day work)
I found it to be ideal, it tells more about the programmer than a test so I was pleasantly surprised.
The entire process took close to 2 weeks which is very fast for the standards in the industry, again, positively so.

El proceso consistió en 4 entrevistas, diseñadas para poder entender mejor y poner a prueba mi experiencia y habilidades. Desde entrevistas con preguntas teóricas, hasta una prueba técnica de código en vivo.

4 pasos:
Entrevista inicial, Prueba Técnica, Entrevista Técnica con el equipo, Entrevista con el tech manager.
Todo muy rápido (incluso siendo Agosto) y bien definido, no me ha dado la sensación de tener que explicar/defender lo mismo multiples veces.
