Very easy interview with 5 questions - only one step process. Manager was casual and friendly which made the interview run smoothly. Met the other members in the team which was lovely.

Regarding my experience in previews role, what can i add to the team?
It was very clear and felt very comfortable, told me everything I needed to know. Very welcoming and friendly from the beginning of the process right to the end. Also had an interactive activity in the end which I enjoyed :)

What are my weaknesses and how do I deal with them?
The interview was fairly informal and straightforward. There didn't appear to be a set list of questions, we discussed my past retail experience and then talked about furniture design and interiors styling.
