One Skype interview with three members of the recruitment team. Conducted all in Japanese; had tests to check my English and Japanese ability. Had to read about a sign written in Japanese that explained SoftBank's data restriction during peak hours. Read out a SoftBank advertisement in English. Lasted about an hour.
