I really couldn't tell you how their interview process goes because of how the recruiter handled the situation. Recruiter reached out via LinkIn to see if I might be interested in discussing the opportunity. Multiple times at that. I looked at the description and quickly responded "Im not sure I would be a good fit, the role says heavily sales related". After he responded with what the exact role was I said sure Id be happy to take a call, he seemed persistent. After some back and forth about scheduling conflicts we agreed on a time. I had to move a meeting to accommodate his request. He was 15 minutes late to our 20 minute call. He stated I will talk to my hiring manager and get back to you to schedule a call. I responded "Well I think that could be a little premature at this point since we only were able to speak for 5 minutes, and it was quite rushed. Maybe we should try to set some time said again to discuss the role and fit". He said "Ok let me get back to you to do that" The nothing, not even a thank you for blah blah blah, nothing. I really wished these recruiters would understand some of us have jobs already and go to great lengths to accommodate the calls. Even though I would have been more than qualified if they were lucky enough for me to leave my current job, they will never know because I wouldn't take another call from this mess of a interview process.
