The process was fair, but there were some challenges that arose from today's macroeconomic uncertainties, such as rising interest rates and high energy prices, among others. As such, they decided to take a pause in order to prioritize hiring.

HR contacted via Naukri - interview scheduled on Saturday for an hour. Surprisingly HR reverted in a week to let me know my profile didn’t go through. It’s great when HR reaches out either way with a feedback. Thank you for that. Hope to cross path again in future with SoftwareAG.

General PM situational questions and about what you do currently. Basically before interview a questionnaire to rate yourself on PM skills were sent. Discussion evolved based that. Likely what we do did not resonate on what they needed for the role.
