Telephonic, Skype and Offer(If profile seems to be suitable)
1st telephonic round is conducted with Director. Call will go around 15-20 mins. Discussing your skillsets, exp, visions, strategies, etc Director will analyse how good and suitable you are for the co.
If found good then within a week offer will be released depending on how soon you can join.

If Shortlisted then direct Call with CEO in US, which will last for around 15-20 mins
Will get a reply after 3-4 days for further face to face round
If found Suitable, then joining Immediately
