The showman of the company hones 9 years of technical experience in programming field and the 1:1 interview process is a breeze if you know your niche well. That being said, you have to be really good in PHP or Dot Net to clear the initial round. They also ask basic programming definitions just to make sure that you know your craft well.
3 Rounds of Interview. Basic round of interview followed by Skill Test and then final negotiation.

Not one I can recollect but after clearing the initial round of interview, one might have to sit for a skill test which is a basic norm in every software firm.
