They called me for interview of CSM but was taking an interview for Procurement role. Negative environment all around. The person who took my interview told me you’re v good at client servicing but this is not what we are looking for. You called me for the role of CSM and expect me to not have comm skills.

It was a face to face interview with the hiring managers despite being the first one, which was unnecessary at this early stage, especially since COVID is still going on, and there are remote meeting tools available. After spending money and time making my way to the interview, and talking to friendly hiring managers, there was no feedback or communication at all following that, unfortunately. There is no reason to hold face to face interviews especially for initial interviews, given time and cost sinks and COVID exposure risks, and rejected candidates should at least be informed out of courtesy and professionalism especially since they have made the effort to head on-site for the interview.
