The process started with 3 rounds
first took by HR where they ask basic questions
Second was an online test which constitutes of apptitude and other analytical skills
Third was round with director where we were more talking about understanding the process.
Fourth was round with VP which talks about the vision and other important aspect of softwareone.
Post that there was negotiation and other formalities which in a normal organization happens.

Entretien
I have had the quickest Interview of my Career in SoftwareONE.I travelled from Bangalore to Gurgaon for the interview. The Interview process is short and crisp. Attitude along with core Capabilities is the most important Parameter they judged me on. I had the Executive Management interview me. I was welcomed by the HR and was taken to meet the Leader at the scheduled time (no waiting). The Interview commenced with more like a know -how process and then I was taken through the role, expectations were set, was asked if I like the role and questions, if any. I was also taken through the benefits offered by the organisation. I was escorted by the one of the leaders to walk around the floor and also get a feel of the office I would physically work from. In the end I was given feedback and timelines on how they would proceed with my offer. I was "Thanked" (very imp, not many interviewers thank) and was given a drop to the Airport too. My over experience i rateh a 10/10. Thank you SoftwareONE.
