Brief and typical interview process. I applied online and they called me in for an interview. Lasted about 10-15 minutes with the manager. Sat in the back of the salon, but not in an office. They asked me a list of questions from clipboard, wrote down my answers and that was it.

After submitting my application, I received a call for an interview. I first met with the Human Resources manager, then a District Manager. The interview process focused om my past sales experience.

Meet with District Manager to answer some questions, then meet with the manager of the salon you would like to work at! Simple questions, looking for sales background, how well you work with people, and see if you would be a good fit for the company!
