I interviewed with SolarCity two years ago; at the time, the role I was interviewing for wasn't the right one for me, but the amazing experience I had put SolarCity at the top of my list of places I wanted to work! It has been the only place I have ever interviewed where everyone, regardless of their role, is on the same page with what the goal of the company is: Provide clean energy and do what we can to save the world! When I saw a new role had become available, I reached out to one of the recruiters I had previously spoken to. She put me in contact with a recruiting hiring manager. I had three or four phone interviews over the course of two days and then was offered a position and started 10 days later. SolarCity moves at a very quick pace! It's called the Solar Coaster for a reason!

Was initially contacted through LinkedIn. Had a few phone conversations and was offered a temp position with possibility of being permanent. After a few months was offered a full time permanent position.
