Asked questions, asked how I would create more sales, how do I work with people. I was given several scenarios and was asked how I would react to them. They really were asking what my sales experience was and whether I was a self starter or not. Because I started as a Field Energy Specialist in the Home Depot, I had already proved to them that I could create big numbers consistently.

Two interviews, one with Regional Manager, second with District manager via Zoom call. Rather difficult interview which not a lot of people make it to the second interview unless the regional manager really likes you.
