Entretien
It was the first time I really opened up about so many aspects of who I am and what my professional aspirations are, disappointments included. It certainly raised some food for thought, and most importantly, it made me feel that the company really cares about their development and who comes into it and they fine pick their selections to a tea.

Question 1
There were many! One that comes to mind: if there were 3 job offers on the table now - what would be the key influential deciding factor?

A screening call by HR —> onsite 1.5 hour HR interview (what?!?) —> 1-1.5 hours hiring manager interview —> Home assignment—> CEO interview —> references.
Coming to the office for the first time for 1.5 hours of HR deep questions, this early at the stage gives the feeling that they a bit lost in their process. I arrived on time 3 times to the office and all 3 times the interviewer was late up to 25 minutes. Seems like a waste of time and lack of professionalism. I would insist on interviewing online and only coming to the final interview to the office. The management can’t answer specific questions on their product or ICP (casinos and gambling mostly - no legit names). They claim to be a leader in their space - no evidence online whatsoever. Checking on LinkedIn - the company failed to grow in the past 5 years and the turnover is high. Recommendation - if you’re looking for a place prior to retiring, then you can consider this place. If you’re looking for anything else - stay away! People seemed nice tho.
