Entretien
Timely, friendly, challenging, honest. Conducted phone interviews ( more like very informative two-way conversations ) with both the firm recruiter and firm partner. Then participated in a group / panel interview with prospective client.

A senior partner called me and asked me to stop in for an interview. I was referred to her by a colleague of mine and before reviewing my resume, asked me to come in for a chat. (I'll give credit to my colleague for that, I'm assumming a good word was put in for me) During the actual interview, they embraced my resume and said I was a perfect candidate. They didn't ask me many questions and zero technical questions. They did make me feel comfortable and somewhat excited about what I could possibly make but was honest in terms of me working hard and long hours. Over all it was a good interview experience but also a little different than most I've encountered. I was flattered by their compliments, but still a little weary on whether they were buttering me up to join or whether they truly meant it.
