I was contacted by the hiring leader directly for an interview. I received zero follow up after the interview and after more than a month, saw the same position reposted under a different requisition number. Upon reviewing my status within Solventum's candidate portal, I saw "process complete" for the first version of the role I'd interviewed for - and didn't even receive an automated update. Remember, candidates are also interviewing the company - this experience would make me reluctant to apply to Solventum in the future.
