It was quite extensive. The interview process took me months (but maybe because the client didn't circle back for a while) and several stages (meaning, different interviewees) before I got accepted. They also asked for a written recommendation.

- I felt like my skills and experience were truly being considered, and I had the opportunity to showcase my potential contributions to the team. The interviews provided valuable insights into the company's goals and challenges, which helped me further assess my interest in the role.
Communication from HR was inconsistent and unresponsive throughout the process. There were delays in scheduling interviews, unclear instructions, and a lack of timely updates on my application status. This created unnecessary stress and uncertainty, detracting from the overall positive experience of the interviews themselves.
Pay offer was good although the inconsistency as outsourced HRs was not worth it
