There were two phone interviews (one with recruiting, one with a director in consulting). This was followed by an on-site interview. I was very pleased with how organized the process was and how smoothly the communication was handled. I was never in the dark about the next step.
The on-site interview ran much as the other descriptions on Glassdoorstate: there was ~half an hour to model out an ERD and a workflow. After that, I presented my Powerpoint. Following that, I spoke with various team members one-on-one for 2-3 hours. The team was intelligent, engaging, and seemed invested in the process. They all appeared to be very interested in engaging with me to determine if I was the best fit for their team and I felt that they tried to give me opportunities to showcase my abilities and best qualities.
