The 4-step process screens candidates and mocks the actual job responsibilities, including a presentation selling Sonoma to the interviewers. It starts with a phone screening with a recruiter, then a phone screening with the VP of Sales, then a remote mock presentation to the executives of a mock company, and finally an on-site meeting continuing the remote discussion where you're asking for the close.
