Interviewed with HR, which was okay, they were very unclear on how to connect the experience on my resume with the opportunity. Then with the SVPs of the department, then the VP, DIRs, Managers, Peers. Peers are leary, jealous and insecure, immediate manager is incompetant and has nothing to bring to the table on either the relationship side of the experience side or the process side of executing the position responsibilities. Sr. Management is good and getting better, understand very well the issues facing the tactical breakdowns to fulfilling the strategic vision. You could eliminate 50% of middle management and frankly, no one would notice. Trick is to find the right 50% to eliminate.

fair, aber auch herausfordernder Umgang mit dem Bewerber. Tendenziell starke Konzern Patina mit traditionellem Arbeitnehmer-Verständnis und starrem Aufgabenbeschreibungen. Aber insgesamt interessanter Konzern und Markt mit spannenden Tätigkeiten, der seine MA fair entlohnt und auch fördert.

Normal process of a big company, takes time. Just need to be patient and prepare accordingly as they are interview a ton of applicants so you need to make sure you stand out and are memorable.

long but overall not too difficult. the first part of the interview consisted in standard motivational question. Then I had an interview at the main office where they assessed me a bit more in details my competences and I also had a group interview with other candidates to see how we were able to work in group.
