J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez SoulCycle (New York, NY) en mars 2016
Entretien
I had an initial phone interview and then went in for an in person interview. The in person was with 2 recruiters and then they brought in a girl in a similar position to interview as well. I had to follow up a week after because I didn't hear anything.
Applied online. Had a phone screen and while my experience heavily matched the role's requirements, I felt the position was biasedly choosing candidates based on BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ and knew at that point I didn't stand a chance.

Entretien
Applied online. Was reached out to via e-mail to schedule a time, I then gave them my availability and never heard back. I followed up again and finally scheduled a time. The interviewer was chewing in my ear the whole time which was super distracting and sounded like she was reading off of a script. It felt like an interrogation rather than an interview exchange. She never even explained the role to me and right after interrogating me asked me the typical "do you have any questions for me?" I said "ugh yea, can you tell me a little bit about this role?"
