They contacted me for an interview, and we scheduled it for the day after. They asked me to bring in a print portfolio of my work. It seemed to go well--they asked about work experience, what I was looking to do, and explained the position thoroughly. They told me they would be in touch. Months later, and I still haven't heard back from them.
They were very well detailed and asked questions to test your true capability. They put you in a situation to see if you can succeed on deadlines and their demand.

Entretien
The interview was done in-person with the editor of the paper. It was done very professionally. What they presented about the job is pretty much how I encountered it when I was hired. They didn't hide the fact that it was a low-paid position and there weren't many avenues for advancement. They did get back to me right away after the interview.
