Multiple choice technical questionnaire, followed by HR screening. HR person was very late and kind of abrasive on the phone.
Next was a one hour coding phone interview. The interview was with the VP of engineering, which was surprising. He was very nice and gave good feedback along the way. He let me use python, though preferred c++. Questions were on basic data structures and some basic probability. Simple fundamental things which I stumbled around recalling the details, and he was patient and helpful along the way.
This last interview was a positive experience and did not feel super high pressure. Unfortunately, I did not pass it.
