Interview process was purposeful and provided ample opportunity to ask questions about South College. It started with an initial screening with the program director and progressed to a full panel interview. Questions were student focused.

It is fast, organized, well-informed, and not too complicated. The first round was 1 hour. The second round was from 8 am to 4 pm. During the process, the search committee members were so responsive, supportive, and professional.

The interview was conducted in three stages, starting with a phone interview with the college president. The second interview was a phone interview. The third interview was in person and included meeting all the faculty and providing a talk. Overall, the interview process was methodical thorough, And, each time I learned more about South College. With every contact I was encouraged to ask questions.
