Entretien
Application submitted online. Two weeks later I had a short phone interview requesting just basic information. An in person interview took place about a week or so later and it was a pleasant experience. Before leaving the office as I shook hands with the Grneral Manager she told me she would love to have me on board, I was hired.

Give an example of difficult situations with customers and how I have handled it.
There was first a phone interview so they could get to know you a little bit and then they followed up with an in person interview to discuss your work experience.

Entretien
Interview was typical and what you would expect. They asked the usual questions, and were good at putting me at ease. I was hired on and worked here (formally known as Guaranty Bank) for over a year.

Entretien
It was simple. Basic interview questions. Relaxed and comfortable I was not nervous at all. The interview was more like a conversation than a straightforward process. The manager I interviewed with was different than the one I worked with.
