The process was very, very unprofessional. The recruiter responded to my application and requested my availability. I responded with multiple dates and times. It took her 2 business days to respond and some of my availability had passed. Once we finally coordinated a time (the Thursday before Easter), the initial conversation went well. At the end of the call she said she was sending me a personality profile before she left for the holiday. It did not come. I followed up on the following Monday and Tuesday, The email came on Wednesday, the issue is that the link I was sent was in Spanish. Once we finally got the correct link in English I completed it. The rest pf the week passed, the following week she was on PTO. It took 2 follow up emails from me until finally hearing on the Friday. My issue overall was that at no point was I made to feel like Sovos values their applicants. If you're not going to move an applicant forward, say so. If you're still undecided, say that until you've made your decision.
