It was a 1:1 with the Director. Very easy going, charismatic director, very open minded and forward thinking leader. The interview was like a long chat. It was obvious he weighed the interviewer's personality more than the quality of work presented. Overall very positive though the hiring process may take a while. A 4 hour long skill test was then requested to complete. The team will review and contact the interviewer once again if the outlook is positive.
