J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Spandidos Publications (Londres, Angleterre) en juin 2017
Entretien
The interview comprised of a series of questions of my background, my CV and my cover letter, followed by a 30min editing exercise using a scientific paper. Compared to other jobs I had applied for similar positions with similar editing exercises, this was on the challenging side, but I suppose this is the kind of papers you would have to edit if you got the job. The offices are nice and new.

Entretien
I was briefly told about the company before being given 30 minutes to edit a short paper followed by a quick tour of the office. The office itself was very quiet and seemed quite hostile. I was also told that I would hear in 2 weeks if I was successful and I wouldn't hear if I wasn't.

Bog standard interview featuring generic questions about why you'd like to work there, followed by a short test editing a paper by ESL authors. The interviewer mostly spoke about the company and what the company do. One step in the career progression ladder was mentioned. Asked about my lab projects and then proceeded with the timed examination.

Entretien
It was an hour long interview which was comprised of a casual talk about the company itself one on one with a manager, a few questions about my CV followed by an editorial test, proofreading an unpublished paper. I got there early and was told to wait, the overall environment in the office was cold and not particularly approachable.
