If you're not a god fearing christian, don't bother applying. I was weeded out in the first round of interviews, the administrative assistant asked me to complete a personality panel, and answer a series of questions, one of the asking me if I'm passionate about helping churches, to which I answered to that I'm passionate about helping anyone who needs help with software development. I'm glad this is where my interview process stopped, I wouldn't want to work for a bible thumping science denier.
