They will call directly to the people. In my batch, some candidates come from the college on campus selections. Referral basis candidates also came into our training batch. but who have unselected, those people are very lucky.

Interview process are aptitude round,technical round and hr round.only basic technical knowledge are asked,aptitute is purely easy which is from syllabus.Technical round will be conducted face to face.Very correct platform to get placed with easy interview process.
