J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sparq (Augusta, GA) en janv. 2015

I had a phone interview to talk about my technical skills. After a few days I got a call asking me to come in for an onsite interview.During that meeting, I talked with one person about the technical aspects of the job and another person interviewed me on mentoring, leadership and being a part of the team.
Then the assessment! Whoa, that baby was difficult. The HR gal told me that it was only one aspect of the interview and that she would let me know either way if I got the job now or not.
I got an email later that week telling me that she would be in touch and that the team had good things to say about our meeting.

3 total meetings/inteviews: (1) Initial call with HR. Quick and painless. (2) Technical screen. Just to gauge qualification for the job that you are applying for. (3) In person interview. Many of the same questions asked in phase 2. Also included a coding assessment where you have to write code. Not too bad. Different assessments depending on the level of position that you are applying for.

First was a HR phone screening. Then an in-person tech interview, finally followed by a one last behavior interview. There's also a programming test, just solving some puzzles in code. Just brush up on your typical Object-oriented & behavioral interview questions and you'll do fine.
