Initial HR call with internal recruiter was first step. Second step was a live coding interview and system design interview. I didn't pass the coding part of the interview which is fair enough. The actual test is another useless program which has no relevance to the real job. But anyway I then asked the interviewer did you do this test when you were interviewing for the company? To which he tactifully dodged the question saying he worked in Facebook and is "too good" for tests and they just asked him competency based questions. He was so arrogant, glad it didn't work out with this company. If they have such arrogant and close minded people in a leadership position it says alot.
