During the interview I met with HR, marketing/sales manager, lead engineer, VP and CEO. It was a one on one interaction with these individuals and was very laid back.

Each person had was different in what they asked. Overall they all asked you to tell them about myself and to highlight my qualities/qualifications. Aside from that they asked if I was familiar with the company/what they did, work ethic, organizational skills and what I brought to the table to make them a better company.
