Interview was set up as a group interview with two interviewers asking the group questions. We had to also make up an item and sell it to the interviewers. Once we were done they offered everyone in the room the position so hiring process went pretty quickly.

Open interviews, asked pretty straight forward questions as long as you are friendly you will do fine and get the job done. I’m not sure what else to add. It was an open interview

Jerrel, one of three managers for the call center, asked if I ever did sales before and he told me what made him successful is studying products, pricing, and practicing call flow in the shower. I respect that because he already made 100k salary doing just that

Very simple and short. Your responses should be fast but not complicated ... at least in my opinion.
I personally feel like the guy who interviewed me was going to give me the job regardless. I kept telling him im nervous and he was understanding of it.
