I was interviewed by 4 supervisors for 1-2 hours and we eventually worked our way off topic during the interview to talk about everyone’s interests outside of work. 2 weeks later they said I did not have the correct experience for that position which required 3 years... I got a 96% on their Excel test and graduated with a 3.65 GPA, I guess there was another reason I wasn’t hired.
