Open interview, a lot of tech get interviewed at once by diff. managers. Ask questions about problem solving. Kind of intimidating, but overall okay. That's about it. Oh yeah and you're force to speak in front of a group of people about yourself, so be prepared!

They went over my resume, asked me some questions about myself, described the job position and what I'll be doing, asking if I'm fine with heights, small spaces lifting gear, etc, and then asked regular interview questions.
