Entretien
I completed an online application. I was then asked to provide additional information via internet application. A telephone interview was then scheduled. After that, I was invited to interview in person where I met with a retention services manager. Upon completing that interview, I immediately met with the manager's boss who gave me an offer of employment.
Reached out to join job fair, a quick screening with a person on the phone who asked briefly about my work history and then directed to individual interviews at an on site location

Tell me about a difficult customer interaction, how did you handle it
It was very informational, and I felt very comfortable during the interview. There were a lot of scenario questions, I am a fan of those, as well as logistical questions. Overall it was probably one of the best interviews I’ve ever had, it felt more like conversation,

Process was short - interviewer was late and mentioned it did not come onto calendar until moments earlier. Entered a small break away room and proceeded with the interview.
