Very nice interview, was to the point and not intimidating. Asked about previous job and skills. Went pretty fast and smooth. I got an offer on the spot and accepted

This was the most bizarre interview request ever and was very unprofessional. I applied for the position, two days later the recruiter reached out wanting to interview me within the hour with no notice. The email was filled with spelling and grammar issues which was irritating for my ocd self. I was unavailable to interview on such short notice, so offered a few other days and times that I was available. We agreed on a day and time in the next week. Over the weekend, the recruiter reached out and said they were unavailable the agreed upon day, and was I available that day (on the weekend) within two hours notice. With it being the weekend, I was not checking emails and did not see the request until two days later. All around the recruiter was just a red flag with the spelling and grammar issues, and the appearance of no work life balance-I have never had a request to interview on the weekend and it just struck me as highly unprofessional. I did not go forward with the interview at this point.
