As a HoH fellowship member, I interviewed with the two Business Analyst I could be working with. They had some general questions figuring out my skills and how I can bring my experience to the role. The interview went well and they explained the role that drew my interest. They had to compile their notes and talk to their VP to make sure the process going forward.

How I think I would do transitioning from working the aircraft flightline to an office job in telecommunications?
The recruiter set up an interview the day before and did not show up during the meeting with zero communication. Got completely ghosted after with zero follow up from them.

Extremely unprofessional. It was a virtual interview and the manager did not turn his camera on. Did not explain the position, what the role would be handling, or anything really. I could tell he very much did not want to be there.
