Applied online and had an in person interview within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately my experience was awful, they were late interviewing me and then basically rushed me through. I knew something was up and it turned out they had already chosen someone, so they decided to waste my time. Probably a good thing I didn't get it as it happens they screw their staff over anyway.

Spoken to someone in the recruitment team on the phone then met face to face with a depot manager a few days later. Was shown around the depot and met some of the team. Seems a good place.
