Started to speak with the talent then need to complete the survey and prepare for the case study. Had to speak with the research director, overall everone was very nice and friendly.

4 stages - virtual interview with CHRO 30 min, case study 1 week, virtual interview with Research Director 40-60min, face to face interview with Consultants.
Communication was good, I was informed at every stage about the progress and never left wondering about the status of my application. The CHRO made it a point to check in after the 3rd stage, which was a surprise but definitely boosted the candidate experience.
But I found some questions at the 3rd stage contentious and also wasn't given a chance to explain my case study response.
One interview - never heard anything again. I had an informal 30 minute phone interview around Thanksgiving and then was told I would hear one way or the other and crickets.
