I completed an online application and was invited to a one-on-one interview with a manager. Overall, it was a casual and easy-going conversation discussing past work experiences, customer service stories, personal interests, etc.

Easy interview, worked as a causal for over a year. Only got weekend shifts (3 hours owed shift). Was made to feel guilty when I resigned for a full time job elsewhere.
