Face to face, extremely relaxed and friendly. Shadowed calls in the office and met numerous team members. The whole process felt like they cared about their employees and ultimately I left wanting to work for them over anyone else I had interviewed with.

1) Meeting with Ed Steer - very informal sit down and chat about my background and experience and why I wanted to move into recruitment. He talked me through the journey of Sphere, the day to day of what my role would involve, and the career progression.
2) 30-60-90 day presentation to Ed and my manager-to-be
