They said it would be a 3 day interview. Day 1, short interview with a series of "tell me a time when.." questions. Day 2, longer interview with CEO present. Had to do a 30/60/90 day integration plan and a Google Maps training presentation. Also, more questions along the lines of "What would you do in this situation?"

Typical, initial Skype screen to see if you did research on the company followed by an in person situational/30-60-90 interview. Efficient communicators and followed through as they said they would.
Interviewer was easily agitated. It definitely said a lot about the culture in the office.

There are many projects they want you to do and behavioral questions as well as specific examples from your past experiences. The CEO meets you in the final interview and he is very rude/unprofessional. He drills you and basically calls you a liar when reviewing your resume by asking questions that set you up for failure. For instance I said I knew a programming language and he went "oh yeah? name all the applications you have ever. built?" yea, for a position that has nothing to do with programming , which takes attention away from your relevant skills and puts the interview on a tangent that adds no value just to prove that you didn't just lie.
