I applied online and within a few days I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. Following the success of that screening, I was scheduled to speak with the CEO along with four executives. Each of these were separate Zoom interviews scheduled several days apart. After each interview, the person said he liked my background and would strongly recommend me to the next person. After several weeks of these interviews, I received a boilerplate generic "thanks but no thanks" email from HR. For an executive-level position, there should have been at least a personalized direct email from HR. The final communication was extremely unprofessional.
